BASE is different from the competition in many ways, most notably in its ability to assess performance by providing a comprehensive view of performance that incorporates business processes, technology and network performance.  The algorithms and underlying technology are easily manipulated to ensure simplified implementation and/or “tweaking” experience for our clients.  Since there is no “plug-in”, generic solution BASE implementation, initial set-up and on-going management/’support is very hands-on.
