Acumaestro’s Business Assurance Solution Environment (BASE) monitors the technology independent end-to-end Quality of Operations (QoO) by mediating business intelligence from all relevant sources, including business processes and deployed services. The BASE system has a powerful calculation engine that offers an open formula definition interface to allow complex rule definition and calculation. The BASE rules engine correlates and aggregates information gathered from other management systems and/or operational environments, allowing the BASE system to perform valuable information collaboration both vertically and horizontally. This processed intelligence is then compared in real time against operations and contractual objectives in order to verify internal (service and operational quality), external (with 3^rd party vendors), or customer service level commitments and compliance with Service Quality Objectives. Traditional SLM systems that are service level sensitive and domain limited are not capable of meeting these cross-domain and cross process challenges.
