customer services organizations. By forming strategic
alliances with local Information Industry experts and
Value-Added Resellers, we are able to offer the
best-in-class infrastructure systems. We provide
a step-by-step process with the ability to retrofit
existing performance management solutions. The goal of
our professional services organization is to ensure
our customer's successful deployment of the solution
across their entire business process environment. We
will integrate mature project controls throughout the
life cycle of solution development, to help enable our
customers leverage the full capabilities of the BASE
solution. This process will begin with an analysis of
the customers’ existing and planned business
processes, and will develop solution workflows to
optionally utilize existing platforms and information
systems. Some of our services include:
Business
Case Management:
Our service team can assist customers to develop and
manage their business cases. Customers can choose to
work directly with our onsite Case Manager, or
indirectly using our various mechanisms by which
revenue could be increased and/or costs reduced.
Service
Support / Partnering Planning:
For new or outsourcing projects, it is very important
to establish a monitoring framework at each stage of
project development. Our Professional Service team can
provide support to develop hardware and software
configuration plans to support our customer's business
plans on our systems.
Installation
and Deployment Services:
Our team provides support for software installation,
early phase troubleshooting and system tuning in
Trial, Test, as well as Production environments.
Acceptance
Verification Development and Execution:
We can assist Acceptance Verification Plans for each
phase of solution integration with or without BASE
solutions. Our highly customer-focused process will
help our valued customers define the scope of
integration, test cases and expected test case
results, data requirements, and other responsibilities
of the parties with respect to the testing activities.
Training: We provide Solution level training, Administration Workshops, and
End-User training.
Documentation:
we can help our customers develop the following
documentation set related to BASE: Architecture
Documentation, User & Administration Guides, and
Maintenance Manuals. Our business management
consultants can assist our customers to establish
quality process plans and documentation (e.g., six
sigma projects).
